I opened a case with ebay and they refunded my money within a week. The rest is like most of you: I ordered a North Face jacket for $62 and the seller took my money and immediately closed their account. No shipping confirmation other than that weird chinese character after I requested confirmation. I ordered on 12/10/09, started making inquiries around 12/24, then opened a case on 12/26. They asked me to contact seller, which of course you can't since they are in China, but I still emailed them. Nothing--so paypal refunded my money easily. Next time I'll be more careful.
